It was great to browse the book stands and then go upstairs to the exhibition where I came across:





Black on Black  - Jane Grisewood
'created for the AMBruno Lists project interprets black as printed word and image through lists of countless black pigments and inks, paintings and drawings. Black is absorbing black on each page as text transforms into image. Words are lost in the enigmatic images, lost in black, lost in the void' quote from back page

and then up to the top to see the commission by Liane Lang who examines fallen ideologies by taking a new look at policital public sculpture.
